How does the booking process work?

New Clients will fill out our booking form.

Once your information had been received, our dispatcher will reach out to you with the status of your request and further instructions.

How can I trust my driver?

All drivers have passed major background checks and have been personally vetted by our expert team.

More information about your specific driver can be requested after sucessfully reserving a ride.

What happens if my driver is unavailable?

All clients have a preference list of drivers.

If your driver is unavailable at the time of your reservation, the task will fall to the next driver you are most comfortable with.

What rules apply during rides?

The following rules wil be enforced on every ride:

  • No Smoking
  • No Eating

Should you break any of these rules during your ride, additional fees may apply.

Are there any extra fees?

Extra fees will only apply for the following situations:

  • Any one-way trips above 300 miles
    • 30 cents each extra mile.
  • Food or drink spills
    • Cleaning fees will vary depending on extent of accident.
  • Bodily fluid discharge
    • Cleaning fees will vary depending of hazard level and extent of accident.
How often are your vehicles cleaned?

Our vehicles are fully detailed as needed.

We take cleanliness very seriously in order to provide experiences of the highest quality.

Why is there a two-hour minimum for reservations?

The two-hour minimum for bookings is to ensure that our time is spent wisely and our costs are recovered.

We don't want to be another Uber or taxi service.
We want to build lasting, trusting relationships with our clients, and we feel that this is necessary to achieve our goal.
